Save time for cooking on a busy day! Though we get ginger garlic paste in stores (with lots of preservatives), it is always healthy when we make at home in small batches.
Ingredients:
Ginger - a handful
Garlic - a handful
Method:
Take equal amount of ginger and garlic (I have taken a handful).
Wash and pat dry the ginger. Cut them into small pieces.
Peel the garlic.
Grind them in a mixie without adding water. If required, add 2 tsp of water (for the above mentioned quantity) and not more.
Grind them to a smooth paste and store in an air tight container in refrigerator.
